Purchase Terms & Conditions

In paying your price you are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions, which form the agreement between you and us. The details of your purchase will be sent to you and are stated on your confirmation invoice. 

If there are any significant changes to the price or any other arrangements you will be told before the time of shipment; once you have purchased, we will do our best to let you know of any changes before we ship out your product.

When making your purchase you guarantee that you have the authority to do so and you accept on the terms of the purchase conditions. You should check the details of your confirmation, as stated on your invoice carefully to ensure that it accurately reflects the purchase you have requested and immediately inform us of any discrepancies. 

This agreement is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by Dutch Law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch Law at all times.

Vagari cannot be held responsible for any event occurring due to other companies or governments. In all scenarios, Vagari is a sales company and cannot be held responsible for any event occurring due to third parties and during Shipment.

Below are the conditions under which Vagari products on the website are offered;

  • The product shipped is the same as shown on the website
  • Orders come into effect after receiving full payment
  • Prices are including shipping cost
  • Local taxes at destination are to be paid by buyer
  • Limited life time warranty
Payment policy

To confirm your reservation a 100% down payment is required within 7 days of your reservation.

We accept; bank transfer and credit card.

When you request to pay by bank transfer you will receive an invoice that needs to be paid to our xxxxxxx bank account in….… This is a multi-currency account that accepts Euro and USD money transfers. 

We do not charge additional fees for this payment method, however, any transaction fees charged by the bank are for the senders account.

When paying by credit card we will add a 3% credit card charge to the total amount. We accept Master card and Visa card.

If you fail to pay on time, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

Prices

Prices detailed are subject to change at any time until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions that may occur. We recommend that you order and pay as soon as possible to ensure the availability and pricing of your product of choice.

Prices are excluded Importation Tax and additional VAT.

Shipping

Prices detailed are including shipping cost. Shipping will be done by courier service. Transport is insured.

Shipping is insured by the courier service. The courier service is always liable for correct arrival.

Vagari shipping liability is limited to the standard terms of the contracted shipping company with whom we have booked your shipment.

We will always help clients to claim if necessary.

Cancellation of order

Cancellation will only be allowed before payment of the product.

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us immediately in writing.

If you have notified us by email please follow up to check that we have received it. 

Warranty

We will do a significant effort to deliver the best possible product but occasionally we may have to change the product because of defects found after reception.

If you find any possible defect you must notify us immediately in writing.

If you have notified us by email please follow up to check that we have received it.

We will advise you how you can return the products. Products should be returned in original packaging only. Cost of returning the product will be refunded to you if a defect is indeed found.

If upon inspection we find a defect we will offer you the same product and ship it to you without additional cost.

If we are unable to provide an acceptable alternative, or if circumstances arise beyond our control, we may find it necessary to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or to cancel your order. In this case we will return in full all monies paid by you.

Complaint procedure

We aim to provide you with the best products possible, but if a problem occurs you must report it to Vagari as soon as possible. We will try to resolve it on the spot.

If you fail to follow this procedure Vagari will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint 

Purchase Conditions are governed in all respects by Dutch Law and shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch Court.

Laws of the country where you are located

No-one in your party should commit an act contrary to the laws of the country. If any such act is committed, the agreement between us will automatically terminate, but without prejudice to our rights and those of the buyer. You will carry full responsibility and answer to the appropriate Authorities.
